High Grange

High Grange is a fire cookery school in East Devon. In 2025 we were tasked with building a new roof and structure over the existing outdoor kitchen. We scorched the timber and clad walls with rusty tin to complete the look. Then the clients purchased an old grain silo and asked us to turn it into a restaurant (as you do). We happily obliged with internal and external counters, a 'floating' chef's table, curved seating, chain door and new lighting and shelves.
