Over 4 storeys we created a cellar and preproim in the basement, beautiful new toilets upstairs and an amazingly designed ground floor space that really creates a playful mood and maximises the light from those huge windows.![]()

A small back garden in poundbury from a unlevel lawn, into a very formal and usable space in keeping with the house with a very nice water feature as a focal point and even a dog washing station, great to see a design come to life , just waiting for turf and planting I a few weeks
Just a small project the other half of the company @minorhomes has been working on , a pool , guest and party house complete with bedroom, office with built in pulldown bed, two lovely appointed bathrooms with micro cement walls and floor through out and bespoke vanity units , the main living/entertainment area has bar with poured concrete tops and bespoke ash doors which matches the ash clad ceilings and walls , and even a set of decks and inbuilt sound system inside and out , all ready for the landscape team to go in to do the outside later in the year 👌

A lovely garden room and spa we completed last year , the bespoke garden room dig in the hill side with a living roof to mask it from the house , spa features hot tub and sauna positioned to take the stunning sea views in , and a hidden out door shower to clean down after , just received this great video from Chris Stubbs and Son Electrical who did all the electrical for this build , roll on the sunsets with a glass in hand🌞🌞🥂
A great job in Notting hill to start the new year all ready for summer BBQs on the hardwood sets in the dinning area , and comfy and private evening s in the sunken seating area , great shift from the team who made it happen especially with the complications working it central London brings 👏👏👏
